Refund and Returns Policy

At KineticCloth Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 15 days of receiving it.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, undergarments, and custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email help@kineticcloth.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color replacements (subject to availability).
  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email help@kineticcloth.shop within 15 days with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

At KineticCloth Shop, we allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 15 days of placing it.
  • To request a cancellation, email help@kineticcloth.shop with your order number.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it after receiving it under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Refund for Cancellations

  • If your cancellation is approved within the 15-day window, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
